This is very important, not only for the client, but for the attorney as well. There is nothing more disappointing than sitting with an attorney on your first consultation about your case, and leaving with the impression that this attorney will be with you through the action, only to find out soon after that your case has been assigned to an inexperienced associate you never met before. For the stability of the case, and to continue to be familiar with the facts of the matter, it is important that one attorney stay with the case all the way. Having successive attorneys assigned to the case, in our opinion, is not good. I will be personally involved with you and your case, from the beginning of the case, to its resolution. When you call, you will get answers and a return phone call.
If you are not satisfied with your attorney, there is nothing to stop you from taking your case to someone you believe is better able to serve you. It is your case, and not the attorney's. He must give you your file if you ask for it. Call us at 315-724-3115.
